Future of Letchworth Consultation - Phase Two

Future of Letchworth Consultation - Phase Two

Phase Two of our consultation on the future of Letchworth Garden City ran from spring of 2019 to the end of summer 2019 and we are very grateful for all the in-depth conversations what have taken place with the community.

Phase Two provided an opportunity to discuss in detail key topics of importance raised during Phase One of the consultation. Our focus in Phase Two was on our proposed housing developments, particularly the larger proposed sites under our ownership; the LG1 land north of Letchworth and the LG3 Land East of Talbot Way and Kristiansand Way.

We were very keen that our proposed developments reflected the views of the community, should the Council's Local Plan be adopted. We were encouraged that people got involved and we enjoyed hearing from you.

We ran a series of pop-up consultation events. Our teams were available with helpful information and and to discuss your views. We were keen to capture your feedback formally via our surveys.
