Garages
The Foundation owns and manages garages on a number of sites in the town which are for the use of vehicle storage only. The rent for a garage is currently £50 + VAT (subject to annual increase) per calendar month.
Allotments
We have a number of allotments across Letchworth Garden City which we rent out to local residents to grow fruit and vegetables for their own use.
Car Parking Spaces
We have car parking spaces in many car parks which we rent to Letchworth residents and tenants.
Parking space charges are: £660 per annum (including VAT). All of our spaces are currently occupied, and we are operating a waiting list for these. Please complete the application form to register your interest and to be placed on the waiting list.
Caravan Storage
We have a caravan standing site which we rent to local people for the storage of caravans and motor homes. The site is protected by a security system and all tenants are issued with an encoded fob to allow access between the hours of 8am to 8pm only.
Plot charges are:
- Small plot - £515 per annum (including VAT and rates)
- Large plot - £645 per annum (including VAT and rates)
