I was born in what was then Kent (now absorbed into Greater London) and moved to Letchworth with my wife, Valerie, in 1969. Our two children were born in Hitchin, and attended local schools, Icknield, Wilbury and Fearnhill.
I have now retired from my job as a Business Analyst in Life Assurance, Financial Services and Computer Software Companies.
I have represented Letchworth East Ward on North Herts Council since 2012.
I have been a Governor at Fearnhill School for a long time, am on the Committee that runs Mrs Howard Hall, and am one of the Council’s representatives on Citizens’ Advice.
