Clare is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in commercial property and asset management.
She joined the Foundation in September 2007 having previously worked for a property management consultancy in London, acting for institutional and private landlords. Since joining, Clare has worked across all sectors of the Foundation property portfolio, with her current role focusing on the asset management of our Ground Lease and Retained Estate.
As Head of Estates, Clare leads the team on delivery of strategic aims, ensuring income and costs are proactively managed in line with our objectives.
