Welcome! My name is Jason Valentine, and I jointly lead the Foundation's work on strategic aim 5, to get more people engaged in a rich and diverse cultural programme and to ensure Letchworth is known for its thriving culture and leisure offer. I lead and manage our iconic venues: Broadway Cinema & Theatre and Standalone Farm. I am dedicated to making sure Letchworth is celebrated for its lively and diverse cultural scene, offering a wide range of commercially successful programs that engage people of all ages and backgrounds.
I’m also focused on improving access to nature at Standalone Farm and beyond, encouraging outdoor learning, and promoting physical and mental wellbeing through access to nature and cultural experiences. We are creating a welcoming environment where children and young people can thrive, providing them with opportunities that support their growth and development.
