Joseph is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years’ experience in commercial property and asset management.
He joined the Foundation as an Asset Manager in November 2017 having previously delivered property advice to institutional landlords, property companies and tenants across the West End. Since joining the Foundation, he has provided advice to our Board, team, and third-party consultants to help lead, efficiently steward, and proactively manage the Foundation’s property assets to generate income, enhance value and to ensure the estate is maintained to a high standard.
As Head of Commercial Property, Joseph guides the team on the delivery of Strategic Aim 1, improving our financial resilience, by undertaking active asset management and development across the 5,500-acre Garden City Estate including 1,000 Leases, 450 Properties, 111 Residential Units and our Licenced property.
