1. Create high-quality, arts, culture and heritage events, activities and programmes enhancing cultural activity and local pride.
2. Enhance the town’s cultural reputation, attracting arts and heritage audiences and professionals, and growing its local profile.
3. Deliver broad cultural activities in neighbourhoods and open spaces, sharing the Garden City story and increasing accessibility for all.
4. Engage schools and young people, supporting curriculum delivery and cultural learning.
