Being entrusted to look after the world’s first Garden City means we must have a strong and skilled leadership team.
We are accountable to the people of Letchworth Garden City and have 30 Governors, 16 of which are elected by the people and organisations operating within the Garden City.
Our Board of Trustees are also in place with a responsibility to establish policy and strategy, take decisions on reports and recommendations drafted by our Executive Team and to direct our administration. You can find out more about our governance here.
We support, fund and deliver activities to meet our charitable commitments for the benefit of our local communities. We promote aspects of life in Letchworth including environment, heritage, education, leisure, charities and charitable activities for the local community.
