Visitor Services Supervisor

Summary

We are currently looking for a Visitor Services Supervisor to join our Venues Team at the Broadway Cinema & Theatre.

Working on the front-line in our busy venue you will manage the expectations of customers, team members and service users.

Role

We take pride in our venue – an amazing Art Deco building which first opened its doors in 1936 and is a true 2-in-1 arts venue that programmes live theatre alongside films and event cinema.

We are seeking confident self-starters with excellent communication skills to clearly set team priorities and tasks.

Skills and experience

• Experience of working in a customer facing organisation
• Experience of supervising and motivating staff with a collaborative style
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentable, personable, a team player with a ‘can do attitude’ and a good work ethic.

Please note the hours are 35 hours per week on a shift rota pattern, therefore  flexibility will be required
