Foundation Community Award winners announced
The winners of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation’s first-ever Community Awards have been announced. The awards were launched to celebrate the contributions of those who went above and beyond to support the Letchworth community in 2020.

Letchworth's Broadway Gallery showcases new art exhibition online
After several delays due to the pandemic, Broadway Gallery has launched the Letchworth Open exhibition on 9 January 2021. The recent COVID-19 restrictions mean the gallery cannot yet welcome visitors, but the exhibition has been brought to life online.

Letchworth Foodbank awarded grant as second lockdown looms
Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation has awarded £14,280 to Letchworth Foodbank following an application to its COVID-19 Catalyst Grant Programme, which was set up to support local groups and charities impacted by the pandemic.

Connecting with nature for wellbeing in Letchworth
The Foundation has funded local community organisations Create Seven and Create Community to provide a wellbeing programme with a focus on nature.

Foundation awarded £224K by Arts Council for arts, heritage & culture
COVID-19 forced the Heritage Foundation to close many of its arts and heritage venues and services which was devastating. This funding will be used to reopen the Garden City Collection and Museum at One Garden City, plus other activities and plans.

On Saturday 24 October, Museum at One Garden City will reopen, after closing its doors in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the first in a series of family art and crafts sessions.
