We have a number of unfurnished houses and residential flats in Letchworth Garden City for rent. One bedroom properties rent from £850 pcm, and tenants are subject to a satisfactory tenant reference check. All of our properties are maintained to a high standard.
The tenant is required to earn 2.5 times the annual rent, to pass the rent ratio requirement. A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent is required, together with the first month’s rent due in advance. Tenants are responsible for the council tax, broadband, phoneline, water, electricity and gas if present.
