In collaboration with the CVS and North Herts Council, the first of three workshops kick off in September. These workshops are designed to support the wider community of Letchworth in the areas of Volunteering, Collaboration and Funding.
Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation is pleased to welcome six new governors to its board. The board of governors represents the local community, actively sharing their knowledge and understanding of the community’s needs in Letchworth Garden City with the trustees and executive team to assist in shaping the Foundation’s strategies.
The board of trustees, governors and leadership team of the Heritage Foundation were pleased to welcome so many Letchworth residents to the annual Garden City Meeting on 21st June 2023. The event took place at Broadway Hotel and was attended by well over 100 residents and representatives of local organisations.
The popular Letchworth Festival returns in June 2023 with a wonderfully varied programme of events that celebrate Letchworth’s culture and community. The festival team are now busily working with local musicians and artists, clubs, societies and businesses to deliver an exciting Letchworth Festival programme for 2023.
BROADWAY GALLERY is well known in Letchworth Garden City and beyond for its Family Arts offer. Now, as the Gallery seeks to expand and develop its popular offer, the team is looking for members of the local creative community to be a part of their work.
North Herts & Stevenage Centre for Voluntary Services (CVS), Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and North Herts Council, have come together as a partnership to host the ‘All About Us’ North Herts Community Conference, on Thursday 23rd March at the Broadway Hotel in Letchworth.
We support, fund and deliver activities to meet our charitable commitments for the benefit of our local communities. We promote aspects of life in Letchworth including environment, heritage, education, leisure, charities and charitable activities for the local community.
