Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator

Summary

Could you have what it takes to join our fast-paced busy marketing team? We're looking for someone with a great eye for detail, creative flair and of course strong digital marketing skills.

We are looking for someone on a temporary, part time basis.  (Three month contract, 21 hours per week)

Role
  • Drafting a range of content for internal and external digital platforms – including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
  • Editing complex information in consultation with colleagues to make it accessible to our diverse audiences. 
  • Using data, insight and best practice to ensure our websites are managed to a good standard and that we are reaching the right audiences.
  • Contributing to campaign plans and projects, outlining digital activities to meet our objectives.
  • Contributing to content plans and digital marketing activities.
  • Liaising with web agencies on a day to day basis to ensure relevant development work is carried out.
  • Supporting team workflow systems and project management practices.
  • Taking a collaborative and flexible approach by working in partnership with teams across the Foundation to get the job done.

 

Skills and experience

The right candidate will have an eye for accuracy and a flair for concise copy.  You must have the ability to create a suitable tone of voice for each of our platforms, while setting standards for strong imagery and digital content, including animations, videos and infographics. 

Knowledge of effective digital communications and marketing practices is important to help our team deliver successful campaigns and project.

You will have solid experience of using content management systems and be proficient with using Photoshop and other digital packages such as Hootsuite.
