Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we have temporarily suspended all our Spring in Your Step classes for older adults. Our priority is you, and we need to ensure you are safe at all times. These are exceptional times so it’s difficult to say when we will restart. We will keep in touch with participants to ensure that everyone has all they need to keep active at home. Keep well, keep active and we hope to see you all again soon.
