Exploring What Matters – Action for Happiness Course: Book your place now for this 8-week course that gives you the chance to meet friendly, like-minded people and find simple ways to make yourself and others happy. The course will run on Thursdays from 7.30pm to 9.30pm from the Jan 18 to March 15, with a break for half term. At Mrs Howard Memorial Hall, Norton Way South.
