The Heritage Foundation is pleased to announce that works are being undertaken to improve the look of the external canopy around Arena Parade and Broadway to enhance the shopping experience. The existing canopy domes are being removed and the remaining structure will be refreshed in a contemporary British Racing Green.
The Foundation strives to make Letchworth a great place for everyone who lives and works here, and these improvements are part of that continued commitment. Public access will be maintained throughout the work allowing businesses to trade as usual.
The works are due to commence on Monday 25th October and we anticipate to the works being complete in by 10th December so as not to interfere with peak Christmas trading. These works will make a vast improvement to this busy and popular part of town ahead of the festive season.
