Supporting you through COVID-19
To help our tenants respond to the impact of COVID-19, we are sharing important updates about how you can access grants and funding to support your business during this time.
It looks like details around discretionary grants are still being firmed up, so it’s best to keep an eye on social media and on the council’s website for further announcements.
Top-up to local business grant funds scheme
Last weekend, the government announced a new discretionary fund to support certain small businesses previously outside the scope of the business grant funds scheme. This is aimed at small businesses with ongoing fixed property-related costs.
Bounce Back Loans from £2,000 now available
Launched at the end of April, these new Bounce Back Loans have been set up to help small and medium-sized businesses affected by COVID-19. Loans are available from £2,000 up to £50,000. The good news is that the government guarantees 100% of the loan and there won’t be any fees or interest to pay for the first 12 months. Plus, the paperwork has been simplified to make it easier for those applying.
It’s good to talk, so please get in touch!
If you have yet to speak to us about your tenancy and need guidance, please contact the property team by emailing email@example.com.
Mark, Joe and Clare are here to advise and support you during this challenging time, so please do get in touch. If for any reason you haven’t heard back from us, please try again as we are dealing with a high volume of calls and emails.
Do we have your email address for updates?
Every week there are announcements by the government and other agencies for the business community and it can be overwhelming to keep track of what is happening. That’s why we want to keep in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure you have the latest information and support.
To do so, we need to ensure we have the right email address. To update your details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We would like to launch a regular e-newsletter for our tenants. To ensure it doesn’t get blocked by your email system, we would need a named person to send it to. Please do let us know if you would like to sign up for our e-newsletter.
