Ernest Gardiner Treatment Centre

Coronavirus update - February 2021

The Treatment Centre is temporarily being used as a NHS health centre (February 2021).

The Treatment Centre has been closed since March and sadly will not reopen. If you have previously using services at the Treatment Centre, you will now need to access services through your GP.

We have been working with partners to find a way to keep some of these services running as part of wider health and wellbeing offer for the town. At this time, we haven't found a viable option, but we remain hopeful that our collaborations with health partners will come to fruition in 2021/22.

If you require hearing aid batteries, these can be obtained from either Lister Hospital, Park Drive Health Centre or Bedford Road Health Centre, but do please check whether these services are still open before travelling. You can also request postal deliver of batteries, details for which can be found here.
