To meet the diverse ambitions set out in our strategic plan, our Communications, Marketing and Engagement team is growing. We are looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to help us create user-friendly and engaging content for our digital platforms that tell the story of the Foundation and the work we do in the world’s first garden city.
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Drafting a range of content for internal and external digital platforms.
- Editing complex information to make it accessible to our diverse audiences.
- Using data, insight and best practice to ensure our websites are managed to a good standard and that we are reaching the right audiences.
- Contributing to campaign plans and projects.
- Contributing to content plans and digital marketing activities.
- Liaising with web agencies on a day to day basis to ensure relevant development work is carried out.
- Supporting team workflow systems and project management practices.
- Taking a collaborative and flexible approach by working in partnership with teams across the Foundation.
This role is for an initial period of 12 months after which it will be reviewed to reflect the direction we need to go with our digital strategy and management.
- Solid experience of using content management systems, Photoshop and other digital packages such as Hootsuite.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills and adaptable style for different audiences.
- Ability to use platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Mail Chimp.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Good administration and organisational skills.
